ABOUT US
We have been manufacturing these machines for 60 years.
In addition, we also build complete cotton ginning plants. Here is how the process works: The cotton arriving at the storage area is transported via aspirators and pipes to the condenser located in the ginning hall. After passing through the first cleaning machine, the cotton is carried by screw conveyors to the automatic feeder above the ginning machine. In the hall, the cotton is processed through ginning machines arranged in two rows facing each other, where the seeds are separated. The seeds are then transported to the seed room via the bottom screw conveyor. The cleaned cotton, which exits from the front of the machine, is dropped onto a conveyor belt and directed to the final cleaning machine. From there, it is transferred to the cotton baling press, where bales of 200–220 kg are produced.
Our machine is capable of processing 100 kg of seed cotton per hour.
We have established facilities in various cotton-producing regions around the world, and these plants are still operating successfully today. We continue to support our customers—who congratulate and appreciate our work—by assisting them in expanding their facilities with new machine purchases.
